Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sarqir, including our website, browser-based furniture design and configuration platform, user accounts, project features, exports, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Sarqir is a browser-based furniture design and configuration platform. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a responsible manner.
You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, interfere with the operation of the Service, upload malicious content, reverse engineer, reproduce, copy, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except where expressly permitted by applicable law, or use the Service in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
If you use Sarqir on behalf of a business, workshop, or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for providing accurate account information. You should not share your account in a way that could compromise the security of your account or the Service.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that an account is being misused or creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If account deletion is available through the Service, you may use that feature. Otherwise, you may request deletion by contacting us at support@sarqir.com.
3. Designs and User Content
You own and remain responsible for the furniture designs, project data, dimensions, materials, settings, and other content you create, save, or export using the Service.
You retain all rights you have in your own designs and content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your private content to Sarqir.
You grant Sarqir a limited, non-exclusive permission (license) to store, process, display, and otherwise use your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
Sarqir does not claim ownership of your private designs, does not sell them, and will not use your private saved designs in public marketing or promotional materials without your permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you create or upload does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
4. Sarqir Software, Templates, and Brand
Sarqir, including its software, interface, tools, templates, system materials, graphics, documentation, brand name, logo, and related content, is owned by Sarqir or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, modify, or use Sarqir’s software, templates, interface, or other protected content to develop or offer a competing product or service unless we give you written permission or applicable law permits it.
You may use, manufacture, sell, or otherwise work with furniture created from your own designs, panel lists, measurements, and exports generated using the Service, provided you review and verify the outputs before relying on them.
Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no ownership or intellectual property rights in the Service are transferred to you.
5. Furniture Design and Manufacturing Disclaimer
Sarqir may generate 3D models, dimensions, panel lists, material estimates, calculations, and exports. The Service is intended to assist with furniture design and planning. Its outputs should be reviewed before being relied upon for manufacturing, installation, or other real-world use.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying dimensions, materials, thicknesses, tolerances, grain direction, hardware compatibility, safety, load capacity, installation requirements, manufacturer specifications, and any other information relevant to your project before cutting materials, ordering components, manufacturing, assembling, installing, selling, or otherwise relying on the outputs generated by the Service.
Although we strive to provide reliable outputs, we do not guarantee that every design, calculation, estimate, or export will be error-free, complete, suitable for manufacturing, compliant with applicable standards, or fit for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that your projects comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and manufacturer specifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sarqir will not be liable for losses arising from the use of, or reliance on, the outputs generated by the Service without appropriate review and verification, including material waste, incorrect cuts, production errors, defective furniture, installation problems, business losses, delays, or property damage.
6. Early Access Phase
Sarqir may be offered as an early access or beta version. During this phase, features, calculations, templates, exports, interface behavior, and other functionality may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the Service evolves.
We may modify, discontinue, or replace features as part of the ongoing development of the Service.
If we introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other paid services in the future, we will provide the applicable pricing and any additional terms before those features become available.
7. Backup and Availability
You are responsible for keeping copies of any important designs, exports, or other content that you wish to retain.
While we take reasonable measures to operate and maintain the Service, Sarqir is not intended to be your sole backup or archival solution. We cannot guarantee that saved content will always remain available or recoverable in every circumstance.
8. Third-Party Services
Sarqir relies on third-party service providers to support the operation of the Service, including services such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, cloud storage, security, and other technical infrastructure.
While we carefully choose the services we use, we cannot control or guarantee the availability, performance, or policies of third-party providers. Sarqir is not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or failures that are caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
9. Feedback
If you choose to send us ideas, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback about the Service, you agree that we may use that feedback to improve Sarqir without any obligation to compensate you or provide attribution.
You retain ownership of your original ideas, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the Service.
10. Privacy
Our collection, use, and protection of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Although we work to provide a reliable and high-quality Service, we cannot guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, available at all times, or suitable for every purpose or situation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sarqir will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Service, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, material waste, production errors, delays, or business interruption.
If you use the Service free of charge, Sarqir’s total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the claim arose; or
- USD 50 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency), if you used the Service free of charge.
If we introduce paid subscriptions or other paid services in the future, any additional liability limits applicable to those services will be described in the terms governing those services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves or as required by law. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
