Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

Sarqir is a browser-based furniture design and configuration tool. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a responsible manner.

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, interfere with the Service, upload harmful content, reverse engineer or copy the Service except where permitted by law, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

If you use Sarqir on behalf of a business, workshop, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to use the Service on its behalf.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must provide accurate account information and must not share access to your account in a way that creates security risks.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused or creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

You may stop using Sarqir at any time. If you want to request account deletion, contact us at support@sarqir.com.

3. Designs and User Content

You remain responsible for the furniture designs, dimensions, materials, settings, and other content you create, save, or export in Sarqir.

You retain any rights you have in your own designs and content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your private saved designs to Sarqir.

You grant Sarqir permission to store, process, display, and use your content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

Sarqir does not sell your designs and will not use your private saved designs in public marketing materials without your permission.

4. Sarqir Software, Templates, and Brand

Sarqir, including its software, interface, tools, templates, system materials, graphics, brand name, logo, documentation, and related content, belongs to Sarqir or its licensors.

You may use Sarqir only as allowed by these Terms. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create a competing service from Sarqir’s software, templates, interface, or system content unless we give written permission or the law allows it.

You may use designs, panel lists, measurements, and exports generated from your own projects for your personal, professional, or business furniture work, subject to your responsibility to verify all outputs before manufacturing or relying on them.

5. Furniture Design and Manufacturing Disclaimer

Sarqir may generate 3D models, dimensions, panel lists, material quantities, and exports. These outputs are provided as planning aids only.

You are solely responsible for checking all dimensions, materials, thicknesses, tolerances, grain direction, hardware compatibility, safety, load capacity, installation requirements, and manufacturing requirements before cutting, ordering, assembling, installing, selling, or relying on any furniture design.

Sarqir does not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, safe, compliant with standards, suitable for manufacturing, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarqir is not responsible for material waste, incorrect cuts, production errors, defective furniture, installation problems, business losses, injury, property damage, delays, or costs arising from reliance on Service outputs.

6. Early Access Phase

Sarqir is currently provided as an early access version and may change over time. Features, calculations, templates, exports, and interface behavior may be updated, changed, limited, or removed.

Before we introduce paid features, subscriptions, or paid exports, we will provide additional payment, cancellation, refund, and consumer-rights terms.

7. No Backup Guarantee

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important designs and exports. Sarqir is not a backup or archival service and does not guarantee that saved content will always be available or recoverable.

8. Third-Party Services

Sarqir may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, email, analytics, storage, security, or other infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our separate Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarqir disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarqir will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, material waste, production errors, or interruption of business.

If you paid nothing for the Service, Sarqir’s total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed USD 50 or the equivalent amount in local currency.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Any dispute, claim, or issue relating to the Service will be handled by a competent court, authority, or dispute-resolution body as determined by applicable law.
